Joseph J. Fitzpatrick
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Fitzpatrick is the founder of TranDotCom. He has over 20 years experience in the debit / credit card industry, extensive knowledge of e-commerce organizations, product development / implementation, corporate / national sales, strategic positioning, financial reporting and budgeting. Mr. Fitzpatrick was Vice President of Business Development at Delaware Bank Card (Skylight Financial), assisting in the startup of the organization, developing and managing various departments including software applications and the development of the short-term loan processing system. He has thorough working knowledge of transaction processing systems including ACH and Credit Card systems.
Chris Carson
President & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Carson has over 20 years success leading product, operational and technology organizations and initiatives in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial growth environments. Prior to joining TranDotCom, Mr. Carson co-founded and served as EVP and General Manager of Enticent (formerly PlanetJam Media Group). He led the company's growth from a venture capitalized start-up into the leading provider of turn-key database, email, and loyalty marketing programs to media companies. Mr. Carson holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University with a dual concentration in Entrepreneurship and Operations and received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University. He also holds certification as a Six Sigma Process Improvement Black Belt.
Jim Gibson
Vice President Client Services
Mr. Gibson's experience comprises over 18 years working with software applications including 11 years implementing and servicing enterprise-level systems for a diverse group of industry-leading, globally-recognized organizations. In his last position as a Sr. Vice President and partner, he helped lead the growth of the firm into the recognized industry leader and eventually through its purchase by one of the world's largest financial institutions. Notable organizations for which Mr. Gibson has operated in a lead account executive role for a technology vendor include Disney, Microsoft, Nike, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Cox Enterprises, Rollins Corporation, ServiceMaster and the State of Oregon DAS. His education includes a bachelor's degree from the University of Georgia and MBA courses at Michigan State University.
Dawn Valdez
Director of Product Management
Ms. Valdez is responsible for defining and executing the company's product roadmap, including prioritizing and delivering enhancements to existing products as well as new product development. The product management department includes Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Project Management and Documentation. Prior to joining TranDotCom Solutions in March of 2005, Ms. Valdez has seven years consulting experience in web based software development, and six years banking and lending experience. Her previous clients include: Invesco, Aventis, Nova and USBank, and she has worked with Digital Insight, Vital Solutions and Synovus/M&I. Ms. Valdez is methodology and process driven, with a focus on quality and superior customer service.
